Michael Dunn specializes in Sociology, and his research focuses on social issues arising from new technologies in work, as well as the role of education on labor market outcomes. With degrees from both the University of Washington and the University of California-Irvine, he is currently working on a book manuscript that discusses the impact of online platforms on workers. He is known for the constant enthusiasm that he brings to his class, and inspiring students to become engaged and invested in social issues.
