Eugene L. Joly is a VP in BMO Capital Markets’ North American Real Estate Group based in Bethesda, MD. He is focused on the Lodging & Hospitality sector and is responsible for leading capital markets offerings and executing M&A advisory transactions on behalf of clients. He has over 12 years of Investment Banking & Real Estate experience. Since joining BMO in 2015, has been involved in raising over $21bn of capital for REIT clients. He has also advised on $2.8bn in M&A transactions. Prior to joining BMO, Eugene held positions with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and AvalonBay Communities in Arlington. He holds a BS from Boston College and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
