Tommy was a varsity wrestler at UNC-Chapel Hill, where he met Sindhura Citineni (Dr. Jenny), the Founder of Nourish International. Sindhura’s passion for the Nourish mission was infectious, and Tommy soon became a Co-Founder. His experiences with Nourish include helping launch the UNC chapter, fundraising to incorporate Nourish as a 501(c)3, and serving as a member of Nourish’s inaugural Board of Directors. Tommy went on to obtain his JD/MBA from Duke University. He had a successful career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company before leaving to found Tom & Jenny’s, a candy company that creates natural, sugar-free, and tooth-friendly candies. Today, Tommy serves as Nourish’s Board Chair and, together with Sindhura, is raising their two children in Durham, NC. Join us for an informal conversation with Tommy.
