Derek, ‘ 98 and MBA 2005, leads transformation emerging technologies and strategic initiatives for IBM Procurement. His 21 years of IBM experience span strategy and innovation, internal consulting, transformation, operations, cost management, quote to cash, business partner service delivery, and client support. Among his unique IBM experiences are his time as an Executive Apprentice to one of IBM’s Senior Vice Presidents and his current involvement in creating a new disruptive blockchain startup venture called Trust Your Supplier. Outside of work Derek is active as the treasurer at his church and a member of the Miracle Relief Collaboration League, a volunteer organization that stands in the possibility of no one left out, causing powerful community collaboration and communication for people and animals impacted by disaster. Dinner will be served.
