Grab a beach towel or yoga mat and meet the HCSA in front of Graham Memorial on McCorkle Quad for a time of body rejuvenation, mental relaxation, and emotional self-care. College can be demanding, and it is important that you are kind to yourself.  Prior yoga experience is not required. The first half-hour will be yoga, concluding a little before the sunset.
