Ron Swift is Director for Research & Development, Global Analytical & Bio Sciences for Procter & Gamble (P&G). He is an experienced director in the consumer goods industry and brings strong skill in innovation management, consumer products, surfactants, brand architecture, and organizational leadership. Ron is a double Tar Heel earning a BS in Chemistry in 1987 and a PhD in Chemistry in 1992. He served on the UNC External Advisory Board for the Department of Chemistry and enjoys coaching youth basketball in his spare time.
