Consider:
Duration – how long will it take to complete the internship (or project)?
Description – how would you describe the project to make sure it’s clear to the student(s)?
Accountability – how often will you check in with the student(s) to make sure expectations are being met?
Compensation – will you pay the student(s) for the completion of the project? and how much?
