Aneri Pradhan is the Founder and Executive Director of ENVenture, a social enterprise that finances and trains rural civil society leaders in Uganda on clean energy entrepreneurship. Her expertise is on market-led development, innovation, and adoption of sustainable technologies in over 15 countries in Africa and Asia. Previously, she was a Program Manager for Facebook working on emerging markets technology innovation & sustainability and prior was as an Energy Access Officer at the United Nations Foundation advising African governments on the UN Sustainable Energy for All initiative. She is a frequent and sought out speaker on clean energy and entrepreneurship, including UN Conferences, TEDx, Universities, embassies, and international conferences. She has a MSc in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
