Georgia O’Keeffe Museum Research Center Dissertation Fellowship in American Modernism

Fellowships support dissertation research in American Modernism. Fellows have access to the archive and library collections of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum as well as collections from archival and library institutions across the Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities. Fellows are expected to be in residence during the period of the award and to take part in the life of the Research Center. The fellowship offers support for 1-2 months.

This award supports travel and living expenses to conduct research at the Gerald R. Ford Library. Its holdings focus on Federal policies, US foreign relations and national politics in the 1960s and 1970s. The award only covers travel within North America.

Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum Robert M. Teeter Dissertation Award

lowships support dissertation research and writing in any field related to any aspect of the United States political process and public policy during the last half of the 20th century. Of special interest is the role and analysis of public opinion in that process. Applications are encouraged in a wide range of fields, including Political Science, History, Journalism, Communications, Public Policy, Foreign Relations and American Studies. The Award recipient will be required to conduct at least a portion of his or her research at the Gerald R. Ford Library, and, if appropriate, will be encouraged to make full use of the Robert M. Teeter Papers. The fellowship offers support for one year.

Gerber Foundation Doctoral Student Research Grant

Grants support mentored research to improve the nutrition, care and development of infants and young children from the first year before birth to three years of age. Projects should address focus areas on issues faced by care providers that, when implemented, will improve the health, nutrition and/or developmental outcomes for infants and young children. The Foundation is particularly looking for practical solutions that can be easily and rapidly implemented on a broad scale with a predictable time frame to clinical application. The grant is for one year.
