Honors Carolina is pleased to announce that UNC alumni with exciting careers in the legal field are volunteering their time and expertise to provide 1-on-1 conversations with you, via Zoom, to help you gain a better understanding of career options. You are invited to ask anything from general questions about their career path, advice for preparing for a career in law, or you can use the opportunity to expand your network.

On Wednesday, April 19 at 10:00 am, Greg Baer ‘84 (LinkedIn and professional bio), President & CEO of Bank Policy Institute, will discuss his career in financial law, as well as your questions! Greg currently leads BPI, a nonpartisan public policy, research, and advocacy group representing the nation’s leading banks. He has also worked as an attorney for Bank of America, the Federal Reserve Board, and JPMorgan Chase. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with Honors, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
