Roark Capital Group, a leading middle-market private equity with over $7 billion of equity capital raised since inception, is recruiting Summer Analyst positions at UNC. Roark is based out of Atlanta and is one of largest restaurant/consumer-focused private equity firms in the country, having acquired 60 franchise/multi-unit brands since inception. As you may know, most private equity firms target first-year analysts at investment banks. Roark has traditionally identified talent through an internship program, which has led to full-time offers after graduation. High-performing analysts are retained and promoted to the associate position from within. Roark is likely one of a handful of PE firms with this model (out of a universe of 2000+), so this is a unique opportunity for college students that are interested in private equity, finance, and investing.
