The George H. Nofer Scholarship for Law and Public Policy is for full-time graduate students with a pre-lingual bilateral hearing loss in the moderately-severe to profound range, use listening and spoken language as their primary method of communication, and who are attending an accredited mainstream law school or a masters or doctoral program in public policy or public administration

The Gilman-McCain Scholarship

The Gilman-McCain Scholarship is a congressionally funded initiative of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and named after the late senator John S. McCain from Arizona. The Gilman-McCain Scholarship provides awards of $5,000 for child dependents of active duty service members to study or intern abroad on credit-bearing programs.

The Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Excellence (SFE)

The Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Excellence (SFE) is awarded to Black, Hispanic/Latino or Native American undergraduate sophomores or juniors who embody our Business Principles, which are fundamental to our long-term success and set the standard for everything we do. Upon starting their summer internship, SFE recipients will receive a scholarship toward tuition and academic expenses.

The Goodwin 1L and 2L Diversity Fellowships

The Goodwin 1L Diversity Fellowships provide first-year law students from underrepresented backgrounds with awards to help cover expenses while working in a public interest law position during the summer after their first year of law school.The Goodwin 2L Diversity Fellowships provide second-year law students from underrepresented backgrounds with awards to help cover expenses for their third year of law school. The award is contingent on the student accepting an offer to join Goodwin’s 2020 summer associate program and on accepting an offer, if extended, to join the firm as a full-time associate. The award will be paid out upon completion of the summer program.

The Hellenic Times Scholarship Fund

For undergraduate and graduate students of Greek descent, undergraduate or graduate, and between the ages of 17 and 25. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited College or University in the United States. Applicants may be graduate or undergraduate students. The Hoover Institution’s Summer Policy Boot Camp (HISPBC)

The Hoover Institution’s Summer Policy Boot Camp (HISPBC) is an intensive, one week residential immersion program in the essentials of today’s national and international United States policy. The program is intended to instruct college students and recent graduates on the economic, political, and social aspects of United States public policy. The goal is to teach students how to think critically about public policy formulation and its results.Designed to foster fact-based critical thinking on the most important policy issues, students will have a unique chance to interact directly with the faculty of Stanford University’s Hoover Institution, comprised of world-renowned scholars in economics, government, political science, and related fields.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai International Exchange Program

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai International Exchange Program sends student or recent graduate wishing to conduct mentored research abroad. Our program emphasizes collaboration, cultural and scientific exchange, diversity, and a passion for medical sciences, and candidates come from diverse fields as medicine and science, anthropology, education, public health, social work, and laboratory professionals with backgrounds in areas such as cell and molecular biology. To be eligible, candidates are required to be part of a health disparity population.

The Inter American Press Association Scholarship

In 1954 the IAPA established its Scholarship Fund for young American or Canadian journalists for an academic year’s study in some Latin American or Caribbean country. Applicants must be natives of countries in the Western Hemisphere, journalists or students in the final year of their journalism course, be between 21 and 35 years old, be fluent in the language of the country where they will go to study. Journalism students will have to complete their university studies before the start of the scholarship year.

The International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA) Educational Foundation Scholarships
