Scholarship and internship for students who are members of a historically underrepresented minority group in intellectual property law. Covers law school tuition or other school-related expenses to Fellowship recipients upon completion of their 1L clerkship in the firm’s summer program. If a 1L student returns to the firm’s summer program for any part of their 2L summer and accepts a full-time position with Banner & Witcoff, the student will receive an additional financial award payable toward their law school tuition or other school-related expenses.The firm will award tuition or other school-related expenses to 2L Fellowship recipients upon completion of their 2L clerkship in the firm’s summer program. If a 2L candidate accepts a full-time position with Banner & Witcoff, the candidate will receive an additional award payable toward their law school tuition or other school-related expenses.

The Beinecke Scholarship provides $34,000 to support graduate education for approximately 20 third-year students (juniors) each year. Selected scholars receive $4,000 prior to entering graduate school and the remaining funds are distributed over a 2-5 year period while the recipient completes graduate studies in the arts, humanities, or social sciences. Applicants should be able to demonstrate superior standards of intellectual ability, scholastic achievement, and personal promise.

The Belgian American Educational Foundation (BAEF) encourages applications for fellowships for advanced study or research at a Belgian university or institution of higher learning. Fellows should be in residence in Belgium during the tenure of their fellowship and stay for a period of 12 months

Fellowships support scholars performing research in topics related to drylands, including desert ecology, solar energy, environmental physics, architecture and urban planning, rainfed and irrigated agriculture, hydrology, aquaculture, environmental microbiology, desalination and water treatment, and biotechnology. Proposed projects should be aligned with the research activities of the Institutes’ faculty. The fellowship is for one academic year and is eligible to be renewed for a second year.

The U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program enables students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad, providing them with skills critical to our national security and economic prosperity. The Institute of International Education has administered the program since its inception in 2001.

Creative arts scholarships foster and encourage the creative talents of individuals with a history of migration work in agriculture. Eligible applicants must demonstrate an interest in pursuing further development of their talents in visual, media, performing, literary or craft arts.
