Kenyon Review Postgraduate Fellowship for Writers

The fellowship offers qualified individuals time to develop as writers, teachers, and editors. Fellows are expected to undertake a significant writing project and attend regular individual meetings with faculty mentors. Fellows teach one class per semester in the English Department of Kenyon College, contingent upon departmental needs and assist with creative and editorial projects for The Kenyon Review and KROnline. They participate in the cultural life of Kenyon College by regularly attending readings, lectures, presentations, and other campus activities. The fellowship is for two years.

Kettering Foundation Doctoral & Postdoctoral Research Fellowship

Fellowships support doctoral students engaged in research related to the challenges of democratic government through appointments as resident researchers. Fellows write focused reviews of relevant scholarly and professional literature, work on individualized projects and participate in 4-6 member research groups. Doctoral students will have the flexibility to complete their dissertation and maintain an active individual research agenda. Fellows must be in residence at the Kettering Foundation campus in Dayton, Ohio. The fellowship offers support for one year. May come from any discipline including, but not limited to, history, education, philosophy, journalism, public administration and the social sciences.

Koch Internship Program (KIP)

semester-long internship program, available in fall, spring and summer, provides a hands-on introduction to non-profit partner organizations in Washington, DC, or elsewhere in the country. Areas of focus include: Policy & research analysis, Communications & public relations, Marketing & digital media, Development & fundraising, Graphic design & video production, Project management, Operations & IT. Applicants study economics, political science, communications, history, or business, but applicants from all disciplines, as well as those with advanced degrees are encouraged.

Korea Foundation Fellowships for Dissertation Field Research in Korea

The fellowship supports doctoral students conducting dissertation research in Korean Studies. Fellowships allow researchers carrying out comparative/case studies in Korean studies or Korea-related areas in the field of humanities or social sciences to conduct on-site field research in Korea and access resource materials. Fellowships are for 1-12 months.

Korea Foundation Korean Studies Graduate Fellowship Program

The Program is aimed at fostering a new generation of Korean Studies scholars by providing scholarship support to foreign students who are currently enrolled on an M.A. or Ph.D. program in Korean Studies working on a Korea-related topic in the humanities, social sciences, arts or cultural studies. The fellowship is for up to two years for M.A. candidates and up to three years for Ph.D. candidates.

Korea Foundation Language Training Fellowships

Fellowship are for intensive immersion language programs for graduate students in the humanities, social sciences, culture/arts involved in Korea-related research or working in Korea-related fields. The institution at which a fellowship recipient is to receive training will be selected by the Korea Foundation. The Fellowship offers support for six months and may be extended.

The Fellowship supports postdoctoral scholars who plan to conduct research at a major university in the North America region offering a Korean Studies program and having a Korean Studies faculty and library collection (excluding the university from which the fellow obtained his/her PhD degree). The Fellowship is for one year.
