Award given for a program of music by junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in music composition.

Scholarship of merit and need for a college junior majoring in Music Education at a college or university which has a Music Education Department offering a degree in same.

award given for an original musical composition by a student under the age of 25. Composition’s originality, creativity, and pedagogical purpose. The emotional appeal of
the work (both sound and title) and its marketability to a broad group of students and teachers are important
considerations.

Award for classical violin performance.

To recognize achievement by blind scholars, the National Federation of the Blind annually offers blind college students in the United States and Puerto Rico the opportunity to win one of thirty merit-based, national-level scholarships. All scholarships awarded are based on academic excellence, community service, and leadership.

Fellows serve for a three-year period in the painting, paper, object, or scientific research department. A stipend, benefits, and travel funds are awarded with each fellowship.

GEM’s fellowship programs span the entire recruitment, retention, and professional development spectrum. GEM’s principal activity is the provision of graduate fellowships at the MS and PhD levels coupled with paid summer internships . GEM also offers fellowships without paid summer internships through our GEM University and Associate Fellowship programs

The National Health Service Corps Scholarship Program (NHSC SP) awards scholarships to students pursuing eligible primary care health professions training. In return, scholars commit to provide primary care health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs).
